A dark trooper firing its ARC caster.
The ARC caster was a modified E-11 blaster rifle that was utilized by some types of dark troopers in the Galactic Empire. The ARC caster used a charge function to prepare a blast of electricity which could be fired at a target or group of targets. When fully or partially charged, the electrical blast could chain from one unit to another nearby unit. This could also affect allied units. The weapon could cause the target to be stunned for a several seconds due to the intense electrical energy.
