I'm not sure if this is the place for actual RPG's, maybe if they were moved so that they could not be reached by the random button, so we could have a play the SWGames Role Playing Game sort of thing, without it interfiering with the 'actual' articles

Um the whole reaon with the tags is so they won't interfer and unless SG1 knows so special code to keep them out of the random article thing the only thing we could do is instead of having sub wiki have it as sister wiki.

- There is no code. In fact, I'm not even positive Wikia techs could do something like that. But at any rate, I kinda feel the same way as Hunterj. When the RPG sub-wiki started, I assumed it was to be used for RPG information, not for gaming. That defeats the entire purpose of what wikis are about. However, I felt no harm in letting it continue as something to attract more users. Do I still believe RPG's should still be allowed on the site? Yes, but very limited. If we allowed dozens of RPG's to be played, this wiki would crumble out of instability. However, I believe this site should be more about informing users about games rather than playing them. supergeeky1

- I agree with SG1 again, but we do need a policy maybe and a category for each rpg, and a category for each rpg's category, e.g. RPG1 articles would go into Category:RPG1 and Category:RPG1 would go into RPG's etc.
The thing with allowing a couple is by having that anyone could make more or attempt, as that's the point of wikia's. Maybe we should limit it to SWGames's personal one and leave it at that. Hunterj

- Ya, that sounds like a good idea. I thought I had made it clear what it was, for playing RPG's, but I guess not. Its not orriginal idea either, i got the idea from Scratchpad wiki in the examples of wikis. One of them was for creating wikis for creating RPGs using Wikia. I figured it whould be cool to have that here, however I didn't realize how big of an undertaking it was and how long these things take. Actually most of the stuff I brought over were ideas i gleaned from scratchpad. Their mini-wikis its what spawned the name sub wikis because when i went to create the Clans wiki there I thought I read sub-wikis not mini-wikis. Somehow the nae stuck. Then you have the RPGs which again was something I saw on scratchpad and then latter, after this was set up on quest wikia, however unlike quest wikia this will turn out more like a game with most things. Such as the detective one, that is all made on paper I just need comp graphics, verry simple ones to for, is just a board game. However it might be a good idea to mabey transplant things like Jedi Trials to quest and just have the information about it here. Have the peices and info here but the actual worlds and RPG senerios there. This whould take out alot of these pages Hunterj dislikes comming across with random button. So bassically keep the info and game sections, like board games and stuff here and the RPG worlds themseves there.
