Shaardan was a Sith Apprentice who lived during the time of the Jedi Civil War. He competed with Revan for entrance to the Sith Academy on Korriban and was ultimately killed for it.
Shaardan attempted to take the sword of Ajunta Pall by force in the entrance of the tomb. Revan gave him a second sword that he had with him, and Shaardan took it back to Uthar Wynn, the leader of the Academy, to gain prestige. Shaardan was killed for bringing the wrong blade.
